Your looking at a 1991 Nishiki NFS alpha. Frame and forks and breaks are in solid condition. The rear rim is toast but hub is still good. The Blue Nile Hats Youtube. Campy cranks and gears are good. Shimano 600 breaks and levers. Break levers have scratches, breaks themselves are spotless.

Needs new shifting cables but the shifters work well. The rear derailer has some scratches but cycles through all gears. I believe everything is stock and I think the bike belonged to a pro rider as well but can't prove anything. Front wheel is missing. Bike originally sold for almost a 1000.00.
